Good product
Good product, I use the Traeger liquid gold on my St. Louis ribs. Everyone was raving about how they enjoyed the ribs. You don't have to use a lot of sauce perhaps the prior review was drowning his meat.

Not so golden to me
I have lived in NC all my life. Traeger Liquid Gold is not like any bbq sauce in NC. It is to vinegary and peppery. The mustard is to strong and overwhelming. Tried it on chicken qtrs and they were terrible. This is the first Traeger product that I've had a bad experience with.

This is wonderful! I WILL be buying more. If there was anything I would change, I would like it just a LITTLE thicker. Still 5 star, no matter how you look at it!

I am a huge fan of Carolina mustard sauces and this one falls way short. Nothing sweet about it and I found it way too peppery and spicy. Obviously a very personal preference, but I thought this was one of the worst sauces I have ever tried.

Even the teenagers love it. Good pepper/spice flavor comes through. Not overly "vinergary" like some Carolina sauces.

Thus far we have only tried it on ribs a couple of times. Absolutely outstanding, especially if you allow the sauce to "tighten" a bit on the grill.
