Too much sugar
Why is the main ingredient sugar? Sure, it will carmalize but with so much sugar in everything else, totally not good for you.

The original is great in Smokey queso!! (The recipe seems to have gone missing from the Traeger app). I tried using substitutions but the Queso never came out right. I also used it on my high back pork ribs and got rave reviews!!
