Do we need to rinse Turkey after bringing?
I bought this brine kit - but have a question before I use it - are you supposed to rinse the turkey after brining it for 24 hours or just pat it dry (without rinsing it). The instructions dont say to rinse it - just making sure as I dont want it to be too salty. Thanks!

Excited to try but disappointed with no bag
Cannot believe this did not come with a brine bag in the kit. I assumed it came with one and am now scrambling to order one two days before thanksgiving. Oh well its my fault. But when it is advertised as a "brine kit" it should come with everything you need.

We have used this two years running now and the flavor is absolutely fantastic. If you roast in the oven or the Traeger, you will not be disappointed. Once you use this, you'll want it every time you make a turkey.

First time trying was on a turkey breast and I did it for the whole 12 hours. Then I smoked it on my offset for about 6 hours and it was absolutely perfect and juicy. First time brine, first attempt at smoking the turkey breast (just recently got my first smoker), and everything was perfect!

I bought a free range turkey from a local farm, brined it for 24 hours, added the seasoning as directed and smoked it with the turkey pellets. Took it over to the church and put it in the warmer for two hours. We had a potluck for Thanksgiving and I received many compliments on the "best turkey I have ever tasted". I will definitely use this again.
