Seen the offer on Traeger website and I do like Meat Church recipes so it was a simple decision to purchase the pellets and give it a shot. Wow what a great aroma and the flavor it gave to my Prime Rib was one I never had before. This one is for the books

I've been a big fan of meat church for a few years now, I love the rubs and brine and his videos. However I've never been a fan of traeger pellets. The blend of flavors of the two hardwoods in this is what I would consider to be my secret ingredient for my brisket and pulled pork dishes. It brings a balance between smoke and flavor to my cooking.

Don't sleep on these limited edition pellets! When you take two of the greats in the industry and put them together to collab you know it's going to be good! These pellets burn great, and the flavor of the oak and hickory combo is next level good! So thankful I snagged these and already had to order more!
